Meet The Face Behind Xclusv Appliance Repair

I’m Wes Qasim, the proud owner of Xclusv Appliance Repair. I look forward to sharing my story, and I hope you will enjoy getting to know me better.

When I began my career, I was in a bad place in life. I was picking up scrap metal, trying to work. During this time, I kept getting free appliances that were broken, so I started getting into fixing them. 

I saw an opportunity to do something I enjoyed, took an appliance technician course to be licensed and started Xclusv Appliance Repair. Here, I ensure people get the services they need without being ripped off and overcharged by some big corporation.

Since I started, my business has taken off. Today I have good customers and work with some major companies. I love the sense of accomplishment I feel when I repair a unit that was thought to be done, saving resources for our planet and money for my client.

My business philosophy is based on solid customer service, affordable charges and fast turnaround time. 

Why I’ve been successful

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my purpose-driven nature and the fact I do not compromise on my values of honesty, integrity and accountability. I attribute my success to always being positive, flexible and passionate about my work.

Seeing to it that the job is done correctly and seeing the reactions on my clients’ faces has given me immense satisfaction over the years.

During my downtime

I enjoy mountain biking, fishing, and building microelectronics when I am not at work. I even built a race car when I was fifteen and still race today.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
