My refrigerator decided to stop working The night of Good Friday, great I’ll have to wait until Monday to fix it that’s if they can get me in though. I called first thing Monday morning and Wes fit me in later that day. I was extremely pleased with this young man. He was very polite and courteous. He explained and answered all my millions of questions and didn’t mind me watching in awe. He was very careful of placing things down, and keeping the area clean as he worked. He tried many things to make sure he could pinpoint the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. I would highly recommend Wes! He was a pleasure to deal with, I wish I could give him 10 stars! Moved to our new place and the washer cold water line was clogged. Living in the country Whirlpool couldn't send a technician to our area. Found Xclusv instead. Appointment was made next day and he fixed the washer quickly and cleanly! Great service. Highly recommend.

Wes was able to identify the issue with my dryer and replace the part in due time. Other technicians couldn’t figure out what was wrong and I did not want to spend money on a new one! I found Wes online after I heard a bang and the dryer stopped spinning. he was quick to respond and even provided an estimate of possible additional charges before I committed. he arrived ahead of schedule and got the dryer working in 30 min!

Wes has been absolutely wonderful. He has come to my rescue at home and at the office, delivering and installing great appliances with no issues at all. Comes on such a short notice and works late into the night. Would highly recommend.

I rent out my cottage.
My freezer worked, my fridge didn't.

I called him 10am on a Sunday.
He texted me at 11am.
I sent him photos.
He arrived at 4pm and was done at 515pm despite wearing a plastic leg boot from an injury.
He's so friendly and what he charged is completely reasonable. His expenses are higher because he serves a rural community.

Wes and Bob does an excellent job in their workmanship. They come to try to fix the issue. (Unlike some who just wants to come and replace everything-might as well buy new). I have used their services twice already for 2 different issues and they were able to fix it. Honest and professional individuals. highly recommended!

What can i say, wessam is the kindest guy you can deal with. He's professional, on time, & has a big heart for his customers. You'll never see him without a smile on. Very professional they came in knowing the exact problem... replaced the parts on my washer and the second time is was my dryer they fixed with no issues. Their price beats everyone in the market it’s very fair and both times I went with used parts and had no issues what’s so ever and saved my self almost $600 between both times..
